we ♥ new stuff.

This was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. And to experience it on my birthday with a great group of loving people was mind blowing. I am still feeling the effects today. Thank you so much Luke and Melinda and everybody else for being there.

t, you are truly awe inspiring. it’s a joy for us to get to work with you. each week, we look forward to being able to see your shining face. you are a blessing to us, this city, state, planet, world and universe. thank you for showing up to do the work.

Was it really only a week ago we met … and each of us underwent a powerful personal transformation?

Imagine … transitioning to a lifestyle in which we can engage in a simple, practical method to support our emotional systems.

This process is also so supportive of an Anusara Yoga practice, since one result of the method Luke teaches is the release of constrictions in or binding of the pericardial loop — which then facilitates opening the Heart — our true source of power, the gateway for grace to flow into our lives.

I came by your office today and briefly spoke with Melinda (a bright light at the front door), inquired as to the possibility of teaching a class (Tai Chi or Qigong) in your space. I wanted to know a bit more about you so I have been perusing your site and have to say that I am very comfortable with your open and gracious perspectives, clarity and directness (regular practice in such a gift!). Just wanted to say that I am glad to know your out there, am new to town and look forward to meeting you when its time for our paths to cross.
