Rachel has a deep passion for bodywork, a calling inspired by their own transformational experiences receiving care from talented practitioners. Those early experiences sparked a desire to help others reconnect with, support, and heal their bodies.

Her formal training began in 2015, studying Equine Osteopathy at the Vluggen Institute, where they developed a foundational understanding of the body as an integrated whole rather than a collection of separate parts. Expanding their practice to human care, Rachel attended Lane Community College’s Licensed Massage Therapy program, graduating in 2022.

Rooted in an osteopathic perspective, she treats each person as a complete individual, meeting clients exactly where they are on their healing journey. Their practice incorporates a variety of modalities tailored to support individual goals, with a strong focus on manual therapy techniques—particularly visceral manipulation and craniosacral therapy.
