Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine

Chinese Medicine is a tradition of healing encompassing nearly 5,000 years of folk and village medicine passed through familial lineage. Most Chinese medicine taught in schools today is a conglomeration of the most prominent traditions in China collectively known as traditional Chinese medicine. The traditional Chinese medicine system of diagnoses and treatment strategies focus on the health of internal organs, vital substances, and the strength and degree of penetration of pathogenic factors. Imbalances of these components lead to disharmonies in the physical, emotional, and spiritual systems, which Chinese medicine views as interrelated. Today, hundreds of approaches to diagnoses and treatment exist and are practiced here in the US.

Canonical Chinese Herbalism

Tonic Herbalism isn’t about symptom management, it’s about changing whatever caused the symptom in the first place — and that means getting your body’s own systems — like your immune system and your endocrine system (your HORMONES), your cardiovascular system, and all the other systems powered up and well balanced — so they’re fully fueled up and turning on and off at the right times.

Cosmetic Acupuncture

Facial Acupuncture dates back to the Qin (221-206 BC) Dynasty. Thousands of years ago Facial Acupuncture enhanced natural radiance, delay signs of aging, and maintain a youthful and lustrous appearance. In our modern era, Facial Acupuncture and Microneedling are rapidly becoming a recognized and desired alternative or adjunct to well-established beauty enhancing services such as Botox, fillers, and surgery.

Sound Healing

Sound can take us to therapeutic healing places if utilized with intention and skill. Such attuned sound penetrates into the tissues of the body to promote deep energetic healing. It facilitates blood circulation and metabolism, alleviates muscle tension, and stimulates new cell growth.

Feng Shui, I Ching, and Bazi

Discover the ancient practices of Chinese divination, using formulaic tools to understand your health, relationships, and life path. Breathwork

I was feeling stuck in life, spiritually and emotionally when my friend and gifted healer Scott Schwenk introduced me to breathwork. I remember at the end of my first session, I shot up on the table and asked, “where can I learn this?” This was a significant turning point in my life, that brought me into contact with my gifts as a healer and teacher of awareness and energy medicine.

Meditation

I believe that for the world to evolve and perhaps even survive, we have to introduce a new habit of self-care. You regularly brush your teeth, comb your hair, and shower. What do you do regularly to give your Soul a clean place to inhabit? Just as you take a shower to cleanse your physical body, meditation is a shower of pure consciousness that cleanses your energetic, emotional, and mental bodies.
