Paula Rashkow, L.Ac.

Paula is a nationally certified acupuncturist and herbalist who draws on the ancient traditions of Chinese medicine, energetics, and philosophies in balance with evidence based western medical knowledge to help patients achieve optimal health. 
She brings the gift of presence, awareness and intuition to each individual’s health journey. She designs a unique course of treatment that touches into the physical, mental and emotional levels where true healing can take place. She aims to dive deep to the root of a condition in order to restore balance to the system and an inner peace for the spirit that will enliven and enrich your life. 
Paula’s specialties include mental emotional health, stress management and transformation of trauma. All aspects of women’s health, including fertility, pregnancy and postpartum care. As well as musculoskeletal pain management and injury recovery. 
Paula is an advocate and ally for people’s long term health by coaching life- style enhancements with dietary recommendations and herbal remedies, movement therapies, and qi-cultivation through exercises and mindfulness based practices. Her goal is to help you thrive. 
Paula incorporates adjunctive therapies such as cupping, guasha, electrostimulation, moxabustion, and shiatsu as well as tuning forks, Tibetan bowls and sound healing techniques to enhance acupuncture sessions.
