My teaching partner and co-facilitator of the Heart of Shadow Men’s Progam, Jason Lange and I, dive into sex and sexuality, particularly focused on heterosexual men, but relatable to everyone on the gender spectrum and sexual orientation.

We explore:

• Finding the living, vitalizing edge around sexual energy.
• What are the red flags of allowing this energy to take ahold of our nervous sytems?
• What are the red flags of being disengaged sexually?
• What does healthy sexuality look and feel like?
